Where Your Story Begins

Are you a customer-focused leader with a passion for sales strategy and team development? 
Laminex is seeking a Field Sales Manager to lead from the front—mentoring a team of Account Managers and building an agile, high-performance sales team aligned with our national strategy.

This is a business-critical role where you’ll:
  • Lead by example in the field, maintaining strong customer relationships and managing the top 10% of key accounts.
  • Develop and mentor a team of Account Managers using the Laminex Sales Experience program.
  • Drive alignment with state sales strategy and contribute to Integrated Business Planning (IBP) through Regional Assumptions Meetings.
  • Design and execute sales strategies to achieve annual profit plans, including KPIs such as net sales, gross profit, and operational costs.
  • Champion best-practice use of SalesForce CRM for call cycles, forecasting, project management, and customer engagement.

What You Bring

Knowledge & Competencies
  • In-depth understanding of commercial projects in NSW and the broader building and construction industry.
  • Expertise in the sales process, solution-based selling, and reverse sales from specification.
  • Experience with SalesForce or similar CRM, and contribution to S&OP/IBP processes.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • High-level computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce).

  • 5+ years of sales experience, including leadership in the building industry.
