Description

We’re looking for a hands on Finance Business Partner to support our Regional General Manager and leadership team with insightful reporting, sharp commercial analysis and pragmatic advice that drives performance and growth. You’ll be the go to finance voice in the region—balancing stewardship with opportunity, and turning data into actions.

This role is based at our manufacturing plant in Crestmead, QLD. 

What you’ll do

  • Provide timely, accurate and insightful management reporting—turning numbers into clear actions for the RGM and leaders.
  • Lead budgeting and continuous forecasting, building models that leverage market intelligence, seasonality and economic signals.
  • Partner across Sales & Marketing to improve profitability (cost to serve, product/channel margins, market/competitor insights).
  • Work with Operations to lift performance—manufacturing excellence, cost leadership, supply chain improvements and freight management.
  • Support strategic planning and investment appraisal, assessing new opportunities and commercial risks.
  • Maintain a robust control environment with the Financial Controller, identifying and mitigating commercial risks early.
  • Act as the region’s commercial point of contact, coaching managers and fostering continuous improvement.

What you’ll bring

  • Outstanding business partnering capability and a track record of elevating management reporting.
  • Full cycle finance experience across reporting, budgeting, forecasting and working capital.
  • Advanced analytical and modelling skills (Excel), plus strong data visualisation in Qlik Sense or Power BI.
  • Confident communication and influence across multiple sites and stakeholder groups.
  • Degree qualified with CA/CPA/CIMA/MBA (or equivalent professional qualification).
  • 3–5 years in commercial reporting or similar finance roles.
