The Role

As a key part of our Finance team, you’ll be the go-to for accurate reporting and financial insights that drive our Frame & Truss operations forward. From daily reporting to inventory control, your work will shape smarter decisions and stronger performance across the network.

Your day-to-day will include:

Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports
Reconciling bank transactions and balance sheets
Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes
Managing inventory records and manufacturing cost controls
Ensuring compliance with NZ tax legislation and internal procedures
Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve queries and improve processes

This is a permanent full-time role, working Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.

About You

You’ll be a proactive and detail-oriented finance professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys supporting operational teams.

We’re looking for someone with:

A relevant accounting qualification (CA/CPA preferred) or equivalent experience
Strong understanding of NZ tax legislation and compliance
Experience with ERP/accounting systems
Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills
A solution-focused mindset and ability to work independently
A commitment to continuous improvement and team collaboration
