What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you’ll be a key contributor to our finance and performance team, helping shape the future of our division through insightful analysis, strategic planning, and collaborative problem-solving. Your work will support senior leaders and decision-makers across the business.

Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing and delivering accurate monthly financial reports and forecasts
Supporting strategic initiatives and business case development
Monitoring key performance drivers and industry trends
Collaborating with commercial managers and senior leaders
Providing analytical support for procurement and business intelligence tools
Contributing to a safe, inclusive, and high-performing workplace

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who brings both technical expertise and a collaborative spirit. You’ll be confident working with data but also enjoy connecting with people and contributing to a positive team culture.

You must have:

Tertiary qualification in finance, accounting, or a related field
3–4 years of experience in analytical roles within a large organisation
Strong financial modelling and presentation skills
A keen eye for detail and a passion for continuous improvement
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
A proactive, flexible approach to managing priorities
