What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you’ll be a key contributor to our finance and performance team, helping shape the future of our division through insightful analysis, strategic planning, and collaborative problem-solving. Your work will support senior leaders and decision-makers across the business.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and delivering accurate monthly financial reports and forecasts
  • Supporting strategic initiatives and business case development
  • Monitoring key performance drivers and industry trends
  • Collaborating with commercial managers and senior leaders
  • Providing analytical support for procurement and business intelligence tools
  • Contributing to a safe, inclusive, and high-performing workplace

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who brings both technical expertise and a collaborative spirit. You’ll be confident working with data but also enjoy connecting with people and contributing to a positive team culture.

You must have:

  • Tertiary qualification in finance, accounting, or a related field
  • 3–4 years of experience in analytical roles within a large organisation
  • Strong financial modelling and presentation skills
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • A proactive, flexible approach to managing priorities
