Our busy Higgins branch in Mount Maunganui is looking for a talented and dedicated Foreperson to join the team. If you are currently in a similar role or are a Leading Hand eager for your next career step, this is the perfect opportunity to advance your career.

As a Foreperson, you’ll be leading and inspiring a hardworking crew to achieve high-quality results. Day-to-day, you’ll manage onsite operations, set goals, and oversee progress to ensure our projects run smoothly and efficiently.

What you’ll bring to the role:
  • Previous experience in road construction/maintenance
  • Experience in leading and motivating a team
  • Full Class 2 Driver's license + WTR essential
  • The ability to operate a range of civil engineering and roading plant 
  • Willing to be hands on and support your team with a variety of tasks
  • TC Basic Certificate and First Aid desirable
  • Familiarity with RAMM is beneficial
  • Reliable, honest, and a good team player
