Our busy Masterton branch is looking for a talented and dedicated Foreperson to join the team. Whether your expertise lies in drainage works, general subdivision construction, or both, we want to hear from you! As a Foreperson, you’ll be leading and inspiring a hardworking crew to achieve high-quality results. Day-to-day, you’ll manage onsite operations, set goals, and oversee progress to ensure our projects run smoothly and efficiently.

What you will bring to the role:
  • Proven experience in drainage works, subdivision construction, or similar fields. 
  • A Class 2 license & WTR endorsement (required). 
  • Strong leadership and team motivation skills. 
  • Great communication skills with clients, consultants, and team members. 
  • Physical fitness to meet the demands of the role. 
  • A positive, self-motivated approach with a knack for problem-solving. 
  • Mechanical and technical aptitude.
