Where Your Leadership Journey Begins:

In response to our recent expansion, we are excited to offer a leadership opportunity for a Forklift Team Leader / Trainer at our Brisbane Distribution Centre in Murarrie, QLD. This role is not just about leading; it's about elevating our forklift operations through expert training and development, ensuring safety and efficiency are at the heart of our logistics.

This is a standard dayshift position that will service the morning and afternoon shift crews, so start times will vary between 7am - 9am.

Your Role and Impact:

As the Forklift Team Leader / Trainer, you will play a critical role in guiding our forklift operations team, focusing on:

Leading by example in safety and operational excellence.
Conducting forklift training sessions, ensuring all team members are proficient and certified.
Managing the day-to-day operations, including scheduling, load planning, and team oversight.
Enhancing team performance through continuous improvement initiatives and feedback.

We Are Looking For:

A proactive leader with a passion for training and team development.
Valid forklift license with extensive operational experience.
Certification in Training and Assessment, with a proven track record in delivering effective training programs (highly desireable)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering a positive team environment.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
