The Role

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Fair Dinkum team as a Franchise Development Manager! This role is designed for someone who is not only hungry for sales, but someone who prides themselves on developing amazing relationships and partnering with our Franchisee's to drive success. In your role you will be responsible for supporting the management and development of our franchisees and driving a performance culture.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage and support a portfolio of existing franchisees, building strong, long term relationships
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Franchise Support, Legal, and Product Development to deliver aligned network support
  • Use systems such as Salesforce CRM to track performance, opportunities, and network engagement
  • Collaborate cross functionally to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience across the network
  •  Deliver ongoing training and coaching on software, systems, and sales processes to uplift franchise capability

We are seeking a self-driven and self-motivated professional with proven success in connecting with differing personalities and building strong relationships. If you have strong communication and time management skills, have a growth mindset and are keen to partner with customers to drive results - this could be the perfect opportunity for you. You will be a master of relationships, ensuring retention and growth are at the heart of all conversations. You are a natural, strong, and proactive communicator with unrivalled abilities to influence and build credibility quickly.

We are keen to meet with candidates that demonstrate recent working history in a business-to-business relationship management position, including Account Management and BDM-type roles. We also encourage applications from candidates who may be looking to ‘step up’ and progress in their career. Ideally, you will have experience in or exposure to, operating in a Franchise business model under the Franchise Code of Conduct that will enable you to hit the ground running. We embrace flexible, agile ways of working. You’ll split your time between our Erskine Park office, visiting franchisees across NSW and the ACT, and working from home.
