The Role

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Fair Dinkum team as a Franchise Development Manager! This role is designed for someone who is not only hungry for sales, but someone who prides themselves on developing amazing relationships and partnering with our Franchisee's to drive success.  In your role you will be responsible for supporting the management and development of our franchisees and driving a performance culture.

This role is located in Crestmead, with regular travel visiting Franchisee's across Queensland and Northern NSW.

Main Responsibilities:
  • General account management of existing Franchisees
  • Ongoing Software and sales process training of network
  • Identify new business opportunities within your territory
  • Working in unison with marketing, Franchise support, legal and product development
  • Utilise various systems such as Salesforce CRM
  • Maintaining cross functional relationships to ensure best customer experience
What we need from you:

If you have strong communication and time management skills, have a growth mindset and are keen to partner with customers to drive results - this could be the perfect opportunity for you. 

You will be a master of relationships, ensuring retention and growth are at the heart of all conversations. You are a natural, strong, and proactive communicator with unrivalled abilities to influence and build credibility quickly. 

We are keen to meet with candidates that demonstrate recent working history in a business-to-business relationship management position, including Account Management and BDM-type roles. We also encourage applications from candidates who may be looking to ‘step up’ and progress in their career.  We offer mentorship, professional development, and support to help you grow into your new role.

Ideally, you will have experience in or exposure to, operating in a Franchise business model under the Franchise Code of Conduct that will enable you to hit the ground running.  However, more than anything, we value a ‘can-do’ attitude - if you’re eager to learn and grow, we’re here to support your journey.
