  • Collaborating with lab and quality teams to ensure product compliance.

  • Contributing to continuous improvement and sustainability initiatives.

  • Engaging in health, safety, and environmental practices to ensure a safe workplace.

What You’ll Bring

  • A curious, proactive mindset and a passion for learning.
  • Strong analytical skills and a practical approach to problem-solving.
  • Confidence working in outdoor and operational environments.
  • A collaborative spirit and strong communication skills.
  • A valid driver’s licence and flexibility to travel to site when needed.
  • Previous industry experience (e.g., internships or summer work) is a bonus, but not essential.

What We Offer
  • A supportive environment where your growth is encouraged.
  • Opportunities to work on meaningful projects that shape New Zealand’s infrastructure.
  • A workplace culture that values inclusion, teamwork, and personal development.
  • Mentorship from experienced professionals who want to see you succeed.
  • A pathway to a long-term, fulfilling career in the quarrying and extractive industries.
