We’re welcoming a Graduate Process Engineer or Geology Graduate to join our Auckland quarry operations team. This hands‑on role is part of a supported two‑year graduate development programme, where you’ll be encouraged to explore, learn, and build confidence as you apply your technical knowledge in a real quarrying environment.

You’ll be surrounded by approachable experts who will help you develop foundational experience across quarry operations, process improvement, and resource management.

You’ll be supported to:

Contribute to the design, optimisation, and improvement of quarry processing operations such as crushing, screening, and washing.
Assist with geological work including mapping, sampling, and resource modelling to support production planning.
Monitor and analyse process data to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and uphold quality standards.
Carry out material testing and collaborate with lab and quality teams to ensure compliance with product specifications.
Support drilling programmes and geotechnical assessments.
Contribute to environmental management initiatives and regulatory compliance.
Partner with operational teams to troubleshoot and enhance plant performance.
Prepare clear documentation and technical reports to support operations.
Participate actively in health, safety, and environmental processes to help maintain a safe and supportive workplace.

We’re looking for someone who brings curiosity, collaboration, and a thoughtful approach to learning.

You’ll ideally have:

A recent Bachelor’s degree in Process/Chemical Engineering, Geology, Earth Sciences, or a related field (completed within the last 2 years).
Strong analytical and technical skills, with a willingness to explore new ideas and apply theory to practical situations.
Comfort working in outdoor, operational environments.
Supportive communication skills and an ease with building trusting relationships across teams.
A valid driver’s licence and flexibility to travel to site as needed.

Previous industry experience (e.g., internships or summer roles) is helpful but absolutely not essential. We’re here to develop you
