About the role
Due to an internal promotion, we have an exciting opportunity for a commercially savvy individual to be our next Group Performance Manager.

You’ll be responsible for contributing to Group EBIT growth and improved capital efficiency via delivery of both best practice performance and capital management and business planning outcomes.  The Group Performance Manager leads the performance management team which is an integral corporate interface across the organisation on key issues and management thereon.

Furthermore, this role has the oversight to develop and deliver meaningful business intelligence and KPI’s for management and external reporting of the Group’s performance and its future trajectory.

By virtue of the outputs and interface of this team to the executive and the board, the Group Performance Manager role is critical in terms of reviewing the team’s outputs in delivering the Group’s actual and projected performance metrics and ensuring quality and meaningful materials are provided.

In addition to joining and leading a highly ambitious and highly engaged team, this role presents an opportunity to join a wider finance team where there is a clear path and a strong leadership team, who are focused on attracting, retaining and developing their people in a very engaged and diverse workforce.

About you
You will be CA / CPA or CFA qualified, with around 10 years proven work experience in management accounting / reporting roles, within a large corporate or within a business that has an international or group perspective.  Some of your experience may have been gained from within a Big 4 firm dealing with Group level clients.

Critical to your success will be your exceptional stakeholder management skills and your ability to articulate financial performance through meaningful narrative.  Both will be achieved by strong influencing skills, proven leadership capability and the ability to manage to a critical path.
