Winstone Wallboards is on the lookout for a motivated and safety-focused Gypsum Shed Operator to join our team in Tauriko. If you’re mechanically minded, thrive in a fast-paced production environment, and want to be part of a company that values quality and teamwork, we’d love to hear from you. Your role will involve:

Supplying gypsum rock and waste board to the production process
Loading AG trucks and filling 1-tonne bags with gypsum
Supporting gypsum shipments and recycling operations
Operating the Holtec Saw and assisting production shifts
Managing wet waste bunker levels and feeding the recycling plant
Maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting stock takes
Assisting the boardline team when required

What We’re Looking For:

Ideally experience working in a production environment, plus:
A strong safety mindset and attention to detail
Mechanically inclined and a good problem-solver
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or in a team
Calm under pressure with strong communication skills
High level of accuracy and ability to meet deadlines
