Winstone Wallboards is on the lookout for a motivated and safety-focused Gypsum Shed Operator to join our team in Tauriko. If you’re mechanically minded, thrive in a fast-paced production environment, and want to be part of a company that values quality and teamwork, we’d love to hear from you. Your role will involve:
  •  Supplying gypsum rock and waste board to the production process
  • Loading AG trucks and filling 1-tonne bags with gypsum
  • Supporting gypsum shipments and recycling operations
  • Operating the Holtec Saw and assisting production shifts
  • Managing wet waste bunker levels and feeding the recycling plant
  • Maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting stock takes
  • Assisting the boardline team when required
What We’re Looking For:
  • Ideally experience working in a production environment, plus:
  • A strong safety mindset and attention to detail
  • Mechanically inclined and a good problem-solver
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or in a team
  • Calm under pressure with strong communication skills
  • High level of accuracy and ability to meet deadlines
