You will be based in Penrose as part of the wider NZD team and within the Fletcher Building campus and your regions will cover the Upper North Island, down to Hastings. There will be some travel required, but you will mostly be Auckland based.

You will be joining a business with a very mature view of HR as a function which can support and drive a business strategy so you will have an opportunity to front foot a range of initiatives rather than constantly being in a reactive environment.

This makes it an ideal role for someone looking for more exposure to strategic decision making which in turn will allow you to develop your skills beyond the day to day operational needs.
Key to your success will be your ability to build trust and coach business leaders. You will be a thought leader and not afraid to challenge the status quo as you will be passionate about driving excellence across the business.
