About the Role

The Laminex Albury (Thurgoona) Distribution Hub, one of six similar sites nationwide, is integral to our national warehouse and international supply chain. We have an opening for an experienced HR Truck Driver with a forklift license at our Thurgoona site.

We seek a safety-minded, customer-focused individual ready to join our leading business in a pivotal role. A keen attitude and willingness to learn new skills are essential.

This is a full-time, 38-hour week dayshift role, with possible overtime. Our warehouse operates from 6am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, so your shift will fall within these hours.

Primary Responsibilities

• Uphold Laminex safety and wellbeing values, operating under the belief that "all injuries are preventable."
• Work and communicate effectively within a team environment.
• Deliver products using a modern fleet of HR trucks to our valued customers across an extensive delivery area.
• Confidently operate a Heavy Rigid Truck.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Perform general warehouse duties, including accurate picking and packing of orders.

Ideal Candidate

• Safety-first attitude.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar role.
• Current Heavy Rigid (HR) truck license and good driving record.
• Forklift license (or willingness to obtain one).
• At least 3-6 months of counterbalance forklift experience.
• Physically fit with the ability to safely perform manual handling and lifting tasks.
