The Health and Injury Management team are responsible for the successful management of injury and illness management, early intervention, non-work and work claims, fitness for duty and Health Monitoring programs across New Zealand.

About the role
This part time (20 hours across 5 days), fixed term role (12 months), will provide exposure to a wide range of health and injury management responsibilities. Reporting directly to the Group Health & Injury Management Lead, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders as well as service providers to ensure accurate and timely processing of monthly invoices, and use the FB chargeback model to recharge relevant Businesses.

You will support the administrative management of the Fletcher Building ACC Accredited Employer Program (AEP) Full Self-Cover Plan as well as assisting the Health and Injury Business Partner in administrative management of injury and illness claims and Health Monitoring and Wellbeing programs across New Zealand and Australia.
Other key responsibilities include:
  • Raise and receipt purchase orders and create new suppliers in the system
  • Collect and distribute mail and coordinate courier deliveries

About you
As well as your curious mind and ability to juggle multiple varied tasks daily, you will ideally have:
  • 2-3 years’ experience in an administrative support role with experience working in a complex change environment.
  • Demonstrated problem solving capability with proven capability to manage workload in order to meet timescales.
  • Passion, enthusiasm, and empathy for the wellbeing of others. It therefore goes without saying that you’ll possess excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills, you'll be seen as engaging and able to build trust and rapport with a diverse range of stakeholders, and service providers.
  • A high level of attention to detail and highly effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work Monday to Friday, 4 hours per day, 20 hours per week for a fixed term period.
