The Opportunity:

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and committed employee to come on board with us at Laminex as a HR Driver, based out of our Tullamarine Distribution Centre in Melbourne's northern suburbs.

This is a permanent full-time position, working standard dayshift hours from typically starting at 5am or 6am.

The full-time rate is above award + super + overtime (OT) as required.

Primary Responsibilities:

Delivering packs of laminate (up to 3.6m long) to customers and businesses to Melbourne and surrounds
Chain of Responsibility (CoR) requirements and load restraint
Forklift driving - counter balance forklifts, mainly loading and unloading trucks with packs of laminate up to 3.6m long (if licensed)
Manual labour, including lifting, packing, cleaning and walking around the site
Completing warehouse related paperwork.

About you:

We are looking for a people focused and safety minded person who is ready to join a leading business in a pivotal role.

You must have a keen attitude and willingness to learn new things along with the following skills and experience:

Current HR Truck License - with 6 months + exp driving manual trucks (ideally Tautliners)
LF forklift licence is highly regarded
Must be able to work autonomously
Strong customer service skills
Physically fit as there is some manual lifting involved in this role
Exceptional awareness of safety in the workplace
