We're on a hunt for a talented HR Business Partner with a heavy focus on Industrial and Employee Relations. As a key member of our People and Performance team, you will play a crucial role in managing end-to-end IR processes, ensuring compliance with legislation, and implementing strategic initiatives to foster positive employee relations.

The Knitty Gritty

Enterprise Agreement Negotiations: Lead and manage negotiations for enterprise agreements, ensuring fair and favourable outcomes for both the company and employees.
Dispute Resolution: Handle all aspects of dispute resolution promptly and effectively, fostering a collaborative and harmonious work environment.
IR Legislation and Reforms: Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of IR legislation and reforms, ensuring compliance and proactively adapting strategies as required.
Strategic Partnering: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement IR strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
Employee Relations: Provide expert advice and guidance on employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and performance management.
Employee Lifecycle: Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all employees.
Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including unions, government bodies, and industry associations.
