We're on a hunt for a talented HR Business Partner with a focus on supporting corporate functions. As a key member of our People and Performance team you will support a diverse corporate portfolio driving and implementing strategy.

The Knitty Gritty

Understanding Business Strategy: Have a deep understanding of the overall business strategy, goals, and objectives. Whilst being aware of the challenges and opportunities facing the business and how teams can contribute to achieving strategic objectives.

Change Management: Managing organisational change by providing support to employees and leaders during transitions. Helping to facilitate smooth implementation of changes. 

Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems that align individual and team goals with organisational objectives. Ensure that performance evaluations are fair, transparent, and contribute to employee development and business success.

Employee Engagement and Culture: Play a role in creating a positive work environment that fosters employee engagement, productivity, and satisfaction. 

Data Analysis and Decision Making: Use data analytics to inform HR strategies and decision-making processes.Monitoring metrics such as turnover rates, employee engagement scores, and training effectiveness to identify trends and areas for improvement.

HR Policy Development and Compliance: Ensure HR policies and practices comply with legal requirements and industry standards. Develop and update HR policies to reflect changes in regulations and best practices while also ensuring alignment with Laminex goals.
