About the Role

At ee-FIT, we’re not just installing insulation — we’re building a culture of care, quality, and continuous improvement. As our new Installation Supervisor, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, leading site teams of dedicated installers across Melbourne and ensuring every project meets our high standards. You will come from a technical background and is happy to work in a fast-paced environment.

This role is ideal for someone who’s looking to grow their leadership career. You might be a seasoned installer ready to take the next step, or a site supervisor looking for a more values-driven environment. Either way, you’ll thrive here if you’re passionate about doing things right, enjoy mentoring others, and aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves.

What You’ll Bring to the Role 
  • Valid Construction White Card or willing to obtain Full Drivers License
  • Leadership with heart – You’ve led teams before and know how to motivate, support, and hold people accountable.
  • Construction know-how – You understand the ins and outs of building sites, safety, and quality control.
  • Hands-on mindset – You’re not afraid to get involved on-site and lead by example.
  • You’re confident having tough conversations and keeping everyone aligned.
  • Organised and adaptable – You can juggle schedules, stock, and site priorities without breaking a sweat.
  • You are comfortable using Microsoft 365 and digital tools to stay on top of the job.
