About Your New Role

As an Installation Supervisor at ee FIT, you will play an important role in helping us deliver high quality insulation installations across Melbourne Metro. You won’t just be checking work, you will be supporting a team of installers, guiding them on safe, efficient, and high standard installation practices, and helping make sure every home we work on receives the best result possible. This role is ideal for someone with hands on installation experience who’s looking to step up, or for a tradesperson or contractor who’s mentored others on-site and wants to build their leadership capability. You don’t need to have formal leadership experience yet, what matters most is your initiative, communication skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.

What You’ll Bring to the Role 
  • Valid Construction White Card (mandatory) & Full Drivers License
  • Team focused, know how to motivate, support, and hold people accountable.
  • You understand the ins and outs of building sites, safety, and quality control.
  • Hands-on mindset, you’re not afraid to get involved on-site and lead by example.
  • You are confident having tough conversations and keeping everyone aligned.
  • Skilled at multitasking and can juggle schedules, stock, and site priorities without breaking a sweat.
  • You are comfortable using Microsoft 365 and digital tools to stay on top of the job.
