About Your New Role

Are you ready to step into a leadership role that blends hands-on work with people-first leadership? As our new Insulation Supervisor – Western Suburbs you will be at the heart of our operations, leading a team of dedicated installers across Melbourne Metro and ensuring every project meets our standards.

This role is ideal for someone who’s looking to grow not just in responsibility but also in capability. You might be a seasoned installer ready to take the next step, or a site supervisor looking for a more values-driven environment, even someone who is passionate about the building industry and ready to sink your teen into a new role. Either way, you will thrive here if you’re passionate about doing things right, enjoy mentoring others, and aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves.

What You Will Bring to the Role 
  • Valid Construction White Card & Full Drivers License
  • You will have led teams & know how to support, and hold people accountable.
  • Understand the ins and outs of building sites, safety, and quality control.
  • Passionate about getting involved on-site and lead from the front
  • Confident having tough conversations and keeping everyone aligned.
  • You can juggle schedules, stock, and site priorities without breaking a sweat.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft 365 and digital tools to stay on top of the job.
