Your New Role

We are on the lookout for an experienced, passionate and dynamic people leader to join our team at Iplex based in Strathpine. As the Insurance & Warranty Resolutions Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a small team that handles customer service escalations and warranty-related questions, along with supporting outcomes with external clients and companies. The successful candidate will bring structure, support, and strategic oversight to a team to continue to building on their capability, development, and cohesion from the ground up.

You’ll be accountable for managing inbound and outbound customer communications, resolving complex issues in collaboration with legal and functional teams, and ensuring all resolution activities are compliant with policy, contractual obligations, and regulatory standards. You’ll also lead vendor relationships, monitor data quality, and drive reporting and insights to senior stakeholders.

This role requires a strong understanding of contracts, negotiation frameworks, and invoicing processes, as well as the ability to interpret trends and identify recurring issues to improve service delivery. You’ll be expected to develop and maintain customer service procedures, training materials, and performance metrics, while fostering a culture of care, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Does This Sound Like You? 
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Insurance, or a related field are highly desirable.
  • Proven leadership with passion and coaching and development
  • Proficiency in CRM’s, claims/resolution management systems 
  • Advanced knowledge of Power Bi and Excel 
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage escalations and sensitive customer interactions.
  • Expert in contracts, invoicing, and compliance frameworks (including privacy and insurance legislation).
  • Skilled in building strong stakeholder relationships across multiple functions
