 About Your New Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and talented Internal Sales Representative to join our team at Chipping Norton, Sydney. You will come from a customer service or sales environment and will be confident in selling or consulting with technical products where size and specifications do matter. We would love to find someone confident in analysing data and collecting information so we can stay more in tune with trends and customer needs. 

This role gives you variety in your day from managing quotes, processing orders, and ensuring every interaction is handled efficiently. You’ll work closely with both customers and internal teams to deliver accurate information and help drive sales growth. We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and confident working with data and systems. You’ll need to communicate clearly, follow up promptly, and maintain strong relationships and bring your energetic personality to every call you that you make!  

Does This Sound Like You?
  • You build strong relationships and communicate clearly with customers and colleagues.
  • Organised, detail-focused, and manage multiple tasks with ease.
  • Experience with customer service, sales, quoting, or order processing
  • You are confident using CRM systems (like Salesforce) and Excel.
  • Love solving problems and creating solutions to keep things moving
  • You enjoy working in a team that values initiative, reliability, and continuous improvement.
  • Ideally come from a complex trade or technical product background
  • Great learning agility, you will always be learning!
