With a strong reputation for craftsmanship, innovation, and customer service, we are experiencing continued growth and are now seeking a dedicated Inventory Controller to join our dynamic team.

Role Overview:
The Inventory Controller plays a critical role in managing and optimizing our materials and stock levels to ensure seamless production operations. You will be responsible for overseeing inventory accuracy, monitoring supply levels, coordinating with suppliers, and supporting the production team by ensuring that materials are available when needed.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stocktakes.
Receive, inspect, and record deliveries of raw materials and components.
Track material usage and wastage, identifying discrepancies and reporting issues.
Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely ordering of materials.
Work closely with production staff to forecast material requirements.
Implement inventory control procedures to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
Use inventory management systems to track and report on stock levels.

Requirements:
Proven experience in inventory control or storekeeping, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of aluminium joinery materials and components is highly desirable.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with inventory software and systems (e.g., MYOB, SAP, Fishbowl).
Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Forklift license (preferred).
Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks.
