This role is based at our Clever Core NZ plant, Cavendish Drive, Manukau, so great for someone wanting to reduce their commute or work closer to home. We have plenty of on site parking and it is close to motorway networks.
The inventory planner/controller is responsible for managing levels of inventory, reporting monthly inventory levels and maintaining monthly records. Other responsibilities include assisting in the shipping and receiving of new shipments, logging all inventory purchases, conducting physical counts and assisting with loss prevention.
We are looking for someone that has great communication skills, both written and verbal and that has a team work / can do attitude! You will also need to have working knowledge of ERP systems and be familiar with MRP system and recognise the importance of master data. You will also need to show a previous work history or experience in an inventory role where you have been the lead or sole charge, as you will need to be able to hit the ground running and show your value right from the start! Excel experience is a must and you’ll need to be at intermediate to advanced level.
