Now, we’re looking for Customer Service Superstars to join our high-performing Key Accounts team.

What will you be doing?
  • Customer Interaction: Handle Key Accounts customer communications via phone, email, and live chat, always ensuring a professional and courteous manner while adhering to customer-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Issue Resolution: Deliver first-contact resolution and ensure timely issue escalation.
  • Order Processing: Accurately process orders, returns, EDI, and replacements.
  • Reporting: Execute complex order reporting for customers in a timely manner.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal key stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer experience and improve customer interactions.

Qualifications and Experience

Required:
  • 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in key account management.
  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and support team KPIs.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Intermediate PC software and data entry skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Office products and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).

The details:
  • Monthly Rotating Roster: 8-hour shifts between 8:00 AM – 7:30 PM (plus a half-hour lunch break).
  • Location: Based at our Tullamarine location with free onsite parking.
