Description

This is a leadership role where you can still be hands on! You will be leading the sealing crew undertaking resealing maintenance activities and minor road repairs.

What you will bring to the role
  • You will enjoy leading and motivating your crew or looking to take this step in your career
  • Operating experience ideally in a sealing environment 
  • Prior sealing experience is highly sought after alongside knowledge of aggregates, surfacing (hot mix and chip-sealing) with an understanding of these materials and their application.
  • Class 2 licence & WTR endorsement is a must
  • A reasonable level of physical fitness, due to the physical nature of the position
  • Self-motivation, a positive attitude and the ability to think for yourself
  • Be a reliable, honest and flexible team-player
