Description

We’re looking for a capable and hands-on Learning & Development Business Partner – Systems to join our team on a 10 month fixed term contract, supporting the next phase of our learning systems and capability rollout across the business.

This role is ideal for an L&D professional who enjoys working at the intersection of systems, capability, and operational delivery, and who thrives on partnering with stakeholders to make learning practical, embedded, and effective.

About the role

You’ll play a key role in refining and embedding our Pegasus competency management system following a recent rollout, supporting the deployment of operator competency assessments through Chekrite, and continuing the automation and coordination of our capability framework.

Alongside the systems focus, this role includes a programme coordination element – ensuring learning activities run smoothly end to end through effective planning, stakeholder engagement, and logistics management.

What you’ll bring to the role:

Solid experience in Learning & Development including exposure to learning systems, LMS platforms, and competency frameworks
Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple moving parts
Confidence working with data, systems, and reporting
The ability to build effective working relationships with SMEs, leaders, and operational teams
Clear communication skills and a practical, solutions-focused mindset
Experience in construction, infrastructure, or a similar operational environment (desirable but not essential)
