Description

The Role:
You will be at the centre of our Learning and Organisation Development team – providing excellent customer service and system support for all our learners. You’ll liaise with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to deliver learning events, bringing your effective and efficient organisation and coordination skills.

The role is varied from coordinating workshops, managing daily administration tasks, liaising with suppliers, tracking our learning spend, to being the super-user of our learning management system. You’ll also have the opportunity to get involved in learning projects and support the wider learning team, with the opportunity to learn and grow your career in L&OD. 

The is a permanent full-time role working Monday to Friday at our Penrose Support Office.  

About You:
You have administration and co-ordination experience and can effectively manage workloads. You have excellent interpersonal skills, build strong relationships and have the ability to connect with a diverse employee base. You know how to prioritise, use initiative, and have knowledge in Microsoft Office products and record keeping/documentation.
