We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient flow of our products to customers. This position is based in Ashburton and offers an exciting opportunity to be a part of a rapidly growing company.

Responsibilities will include:

Coordinate and manage inbound and outbound orders, ensuring on-time delivery and accuracy.
Managing stock, consumable purchasing and raw materials.
Accurate cycle and stock counts and analysing any stock variances.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in maintaining optimal stock levels.
Provide operational and logistics support by unloading stock from all incoming trucks using a forklift ensuring proper storage and handling of products.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve logistics efficiency and reduce costs.
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and carriers to ensure smooth operations.

To be successful in this role you will have:

Physically fit and capable of lifting to 25kg.
Previous Forklift Operator experience with a current OSH certification.
Proven experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.
Tech-savvy, with expertise in SAP or similar software, as well as proficiency in MS Office Suite and Excel.
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
