Fletcher Insulation is a leading Australian manufacturer and distributor of insulation products, with iconic brands such as Pink® Batts and Sisalation®. About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic Logistics Manager to lead our Salisbury (SA) Distribution Centre with energy, precision, and a passion for continuous improvement. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving operational excellence, leading a high-performing team, and ensuring our logistics operations run safely, smoothly, and efficiently. You’ll be the kind of leader who thrives on accountability, loves developing others, and brings a strong sense of ownership to everything you do.

You’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our Distribution Centre—driving process improvements, leading safety initiatives, and delivering exceptional service to our customers. What You will Bring!

People-first leadership style with a passion for coaching and developing others.
Strong background in logistics, warehousing, and transport operations.
Proven ability to lead change, drive process improvement, and hold teams accountable.
A safety-first mindset with a deep understanding of OH&S principles.
Analytical thinking and a love for data, planning, and forecasting.
Confident with Microsoft Suite and other digital platforms
Ideally hold a Forklift License and Tertiary Qualifications
Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a sharp eye for detail.
