About the Role

As a Fabrication & Logistics Operator at our Salisbury (SA) Site, you will play a key part in a collaborative team, with a focus on fabrication plant operator duties as well as supporting in the DC this is a great role because it is varied allows you to grow in both functions. This role requires someone who is attentive to detail, safety-focused, and committed to delivering excellent outcomes for our customers.

On the fabrication line, you will set up and operate production equipment, following safe work practices to manufacture high-quality products. When supporting in DC you will be responsible for picking, packing, and dispatching goods, managing inventory, and ensuring deliveries are loaded and unloaded efficiently for both local and interstate clients  

Key Capabilities & Requirements 

• Passionate about environmental health and safety – willingness to follow all safety initiatives
• Excellent communication and ability to communicate with all team members
• Strong internal and external stakeholder engagement skills along with high level customer service
• Ideally have mechanical aptitude and confident around process operations on different machines
• Skills in warehouse admin and ideally using SAP or other Inventory tracking systems
• Forklift license, and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Outgoing personality, team and outcome focused!
