About the Role

As a Logistics and Fabrication Operator at our Salisbury (SA) Site, you’ll play a key part in a collaborative team, rotating between store person and fabrication plant operator duties to support both warehouse and production operations. This role requires someone who is attentive to detail, safety-focused, and committed to delivering excellent customer service.

You will be responsible for picking, packing, and dispatching goods, managing inventory, and ensuring deliveries are loaded and unloaded efficiently for both local and interstate clients. On the fabrication line, you’ll set up and operate production equipment, following safe work practices to manufacture high-quality products. Success in this role means working together to solve problems, maintain a clean and safe environment, and communicate effectively with colleagues and customers with the willingness to learn and grow! 

Key Capabilities & Responsibilities

  • Passionate about environmental health and safety – willingness to follow all safety initiatives
  • Excellent communication and ability to communicate with all team members
  • Strong internal and external stakeholder engagement skills along with high level customer service
  • Ideally have mechanical aptitude and confident around process operations on different machines
  • Skills in warehouse admin and ideally using SAP or other Inventory tracking systems
  • Forklift license, and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Outgoing personality, team and outcome focused!
