With innovation and sustainability at our core, we’re seeking a motivated Machine Operator to join our dynamic team in Ashburton.  As a Machine Operator at Iplex, you will:

• Operate and maintain manufacturing machinery to produce products.
• Monitor machine performance and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Conduct routine inspections and troubleshoot equipment as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets.
  
  

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus, however full training will be provided for the right candidate.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
• A proactive attitude with a focus on safety and efficiency.
