Join Our Team as a Machine Operator

We are a busy aggregate supplier and clean fill transfer station servicing the local construction industry based in Onehunga. As an expanding business, we pride ourselves on providing a positive, supportive, and safe working environment for our team.

Who We’re Looking For

A self‑motivated Machine Operator with a strong commitment to Health and Safety. You’ll be working within a small, tight‑knit team where reliability, communication, and teamwork are essential to achieving our daily goals.

About the Role

You’ll be supporting day‑to‑day site operations, including machine operation, load‑out, and general yard duties. Our operating hours are:
Monday to Friday: 6:00am – 5:00pm
Saturday: 6:00am – 12:00pm


This role suits someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work, and wants to be part of a growing business.

What You’ll Bring
  • Proven track record in a similar role
  • Loader and/or Digger experience
  • WTR licence
  • Strong focus on Health & Safety
  • Ability to work well within a small team
  • Good written and verbal communication
  • Reliable and self‑managing
  • Willingness to complete pre‑employment checks
  • NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa
