Where your story begins:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Maintenance Administration Support: Planner/Admin Support at our Ballarat site in regional Victoria.

The Maintenance Administration Support will ensure the smooth operation of maintenance activities by providing administrative support, planning, and coordination. The position requires a good understanding of maintenance processes and strong organizational skills.

You will be based at our Trewin Street plant in Ballarat. This will be a salaried position, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week full-time. Starting time can be flexible, but will be day shift hours, 8 hours per day, 5 days per week.

Key focuses & responsibilities will include:

Payroll administration
Analytics data entry
High proficiency in Excel
MEX Maintenance Software or equivalent
Staff inductions
Quoting

To be successful in the role you will ideally need to possess:

High proficiency in Excel
Experience with MEX Maintenance Software or equivalent
Understanding of cycle counting and procurement processes
Strong attention to detail
Strong organising and planning skills
Strong resilience to complex processes and challenging people
Strong communication skills
