About the Position

At Baron Insulation, we’re proud of the work we do—and the people who make it happen. We’re looking for a hands-on, people-focused Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Keysborough. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with solid experience in maintenance or engineering who’s ready to step into a leadership role. You’ll be supported by a collaborative team and a business that values safety, development, and long-term careers.

In this role, you’ll help keep our plant running smoothly by coordinating maintenance activities, supporting small improvement projects, and working closely with contractors and trades. You don’t need to be the most senior person in the room—but you do need to be organised, safety-conscious, and ready to roll up your sleeves. You’ll bring a strong foundation in preventive and predictive maintenance systems, with a focus on long-term plant reliability and safety. Ideally have experience in coordinating minor build projects and upgrades, while ensuring all activities meet statutory standards and safety protocols.

Skills and Requirements

Electrical/Mechanical Trade Qualified OR bachelor’s in engineering
Previous supervisor skills or desire to grow into a leader
Ability to plan and coordinate maintenance tasks, and small projects
Exposure to working with permanent team members and contractors
Understanding of safety inductions and issuing permits
Strong commitment to environment, safety and risk
Have excellent communication skills and time management
Confident in Excel & knowledge in SAP4 Hana
