About the Role – Manufacturing Manager

Are you driven by success and have the drive and experience to exceed expectations as a Manufacturing Manager? Iplex Reservoir is seeking a dynamic people and safety focused leader who is passionate about optimising operations and enhancing efficiencies. In this key role, you will drive strategic growth and manufacturing excellence, ensuring your site thrives. Your ability to inspire and empower your team will be crucial as you foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

As our Site Manufacturing Manager, you will be an influential leader who supports and drives coaching, development and ongoing to support to keep your team upskilled, focused and engaged. Reporting directly to the National Manufacturing Manager, you'll bring exceptional skills in costing, forecasting, budgeting, and communication. With your proven management experience in large manufacturing environments, you'll confidently lead a team of 40+ (indirect reports), setting and delivering ambitious targets and KPIs. Your strong understanding of EHS and JSEAs, coupled with hands-on management skills and experience with EA negotiations and building professional relationships.

Skills and Experience

Management experience in a high disciplined batch manufacturing environment
High Level of detail and exposure to QA
Tertiary Qualifications in Engineering or Trade Certificate
Confident in EA Negotiations and engagement
Understanding of managing labour hire cost
You will be an influencer, someone who can empathise and deliver results
Previous exposure to coaching and developing people
Excellent communication skills with all levels of the team (Operators to Management)
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Drive Safety constantly with toolbox talk, protect meetings and lead from the front
Deliver high-quality products to our customers every time
Confident with digital platforms and Microsoft 360
