About the Role:

You will be leading a manufacturing team to safely process high-quality pre-nailed frames & trusses in a timely and efficient manner.

You will be responsible for coaching staff, ensuring safety, and maintaining efficiency in our operations.

This is a permanent full-time role, offering 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday, 3pm-12am (afternoon shift), based in our Dunedin Frame & Truss Plant.

About you:

• Experience in manufacturing, process work and leading a team is a must

• Having forklift experience and / or health and safety certificate will be advantageous

• Excellent customer service, continually acting in the customers’ best interests

• Ability to build great relationships with team members

• Ability to problem solve and proactively find solutions for the team

• Ability to use initiative where appropriate and work independently when required

• Works well in a team environment
