Description

The Role:
Working closely with the Digital & Marketing and Category teams, this role supports the planning, development and delivery of trade marketing campaigns that put the customer at the centre of everything we do.
You’ll be involved in end-to-end campaign delivery - from briefing and planning, through to execution, promotion and post campaign reporting, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and to a consistently high standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the planning and delivery of trade marketing campaigns, including nationwide promotions, aligned to business and category objectives
  • Work closely with designers to brief, refine and deliver high quality campaign assets
  • Partner with Category Teams and key suppliers to ensure accurate information, strong coordination, and timely delivery
  • Execute trade marketing campaigns effectively across both internal and external channels
  • Maintain a strong focus on the trade customer by mapping customer journeys, seeking feedback, and applying insights to future campaigns
  • Champion continuous improvement across marketing processes and execution

This is a full-time permanent role, offering 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday, based at our Support office in Penrose.

  • Proven experience developing and executing promotional or campaign-based marketing
  • Organised and able to work to deadlines 
  • Excellent communicator in both written and verbal form 
  • Great at multitasking and excellent time management
  • Self-starter who is eager to learn and grow & shows initiative
  • Experience with MS Office and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or similar platforms)
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and/or Canva Enterprise (advantageous) 
  • Strong time management, attention to detail, and a continuous improvement mindset
