Now, we’re looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our high-performing team.

What will you be doing?

  • Integrated Communications Initiatives: Create and execute customer communications, content creation, influencer engagement, product placement, advertising, events, and customer support.
  • Cross-Channel Activation: Drive growth through online and offline channels, leveraging your expertise in content marketing and digital channels.
  • Campaign Performance Analysis: analyse campaign performance to create engaging stories that meet objectives.
  • Collaborative Work: Work closely with the Head of Marketing, Brand and Communications Manager, Digital Team, Category, Sales, and Customer Service Teams.

  • Manage end-to-end content production, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Curate and repurpose owned and user-generated content.
  • Innovate new content and engagement initiatives.
  • Support brand sponsorships and media partnerships.
  • Drive brand and product awareness through customer content needs.
  • Collaborate with other departments to deliver top-notch brand activations.
  • Track, measure, and optimise campaign effectiveness.

We’re looking for someone with a solid understanding of marketing channels, both online and offline, who stays up-to-date with marketing trends and new platforms. You should be able to create engaging stories from briefs, be proficient in content creation and campaign planning, and have strong time management and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are a must, along with a passion and keen eye for design to ensure all content is visually appealing and on-brand.

Experience:
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience in a communications role, marketing agency, or agile marketing environment.
  • Proven track record in acquisition and engagement through content marketing.
  • Experience in campaign development, supplier management, and content calendar management.
  • Relevant experience in interior design, homewares, or fashion industries is highly desirable.
  • Basic Adobe skills are a plus.
