Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an entry-level Masonry Machine Operator. In this role, you will process masonry blocks to specification, ensuring consistent levels of quality as per the plant’s production schedule.

Shift Details 

• Day Shift: 5:00am to 3:30pm (may include Saturday)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate machinery to produce and process masonry blocks as per specifications
  • Maintain consistent quality in line with the production schedule
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient production
  • Adhere to health and safety standards to keep yourself and others safe

What We Are Looking For:

  • Excellent and clear communication skills to facilitate efficient discussions within the team
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn not only the basics of machine production but in time other elements onsite, including block machine and loader operations
  • Full Driver Licence is a bonus
  • High level of health and safety awareness to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and those around you
