Description

In this newly created role as a Master Data Analyst, you will be pivotal in optimising and supporting Winstone Aggregates' recently implemented SAP ERP system. 

Joining our Accounts team, your mission will be to refine SAP processes, ensure comprehensive documentation is in place, and translate complex technical terms into clear, everyday language. 

With an understanding of our business needs, you will leverage your extensive knowledge of SAP's end-to-end processes to drive improvements and maintain system integrity and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Overview of SAP data structures and implement necessary enhancements
  • Assist with user systems testing and provide valuable business insights on SAP demands
  • Oversee and ensure the accurate, efficient management of all master data
  • Develop, enforce, and adhere to data governance policies and standards
  • Ensure all incidents are reported, recorded, and investigated, adhering to EHS policies.

About you and your experience:
  • Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent knowledge
  • 4+ years in systems management, ideally within the Construction/Construction Services sector
  • Extensive understanding of end-to-end processes within SAP and the ability to improve and document them
  • Strong business and analytical skills with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Excellent communicator, able to translate technical terms into everyday language.
