About the position:

We are seeking a dynamic National Key Account Manager to join our Residential Sales Team. Through strategic thinking, excellent relationship building, and a hunger for sales, this role will play a pivotal part in driving our strategic objectives and ensuring the integrity of our brand and products. Your primary focus will be strategic selling, whilst also supporting local Sales and Account Managers and maintaining customer portfolios.

This is a full-time opportunity, based at our Knoxfield site. Servicing our National Key Accounts, some inter, and intrastate travel will be required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enhance portfolio profitability, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and report on revenue performance, while implementing innovative national sales strategies.
  • Ensure effective rollout of new growth products across national accounts.
  • Respond promptly to Key Account inquiries and execute an effective customer call cycle.
  • Maintain accurate reporting, including Salesforce records, competitor analyses, and customer activity, such as insights on potential customer attrition.

To be considered for this role, we’re looking for…
  • Demonstrated ability and experience in managing national accounts and working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Someone highly analytical, with great problem-solving skills and exposure to forecasting methodologies and logistical requirements.
  • Proven experience of strategic planning and tactical implementation skills, with strong knowledge of sales strategies.
  • High commercial acumen and computer literacy
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with demonstrated success in leading diverse teams.
  • Prior experience in the plumbing and/or building industry is preferable.
