We're looking for a collaborative and commercially minded National Key Account & Category Manager to lead strategic merchant partnerships and drive growth across our Dricon & Masonry portfolio.


What you'll be doing
  • Building trusted relationships with national merchant and commercial customers.
  • Developing and delivering category strategies, joint business plans and growth initiatives.
  • Leading category reviews, pricing frameworks, promotions and portfolio optimisation.
  • Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Operations teams to achieve shared goals.
  • Identifying market opportunities, customer insights and innovation initiatives.
  • Monitoring performance across sales, margins, market share and category KPIs.


What you'll bring
  • Experience in key account management, category management, commercial leadership or a similar role.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to analyse market and customer data.
  • Confidence presenting, negotiating and influencing across a range of audiences.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills with the ability to balance competing priorities.
  • Experience within building products, retail or related industries will be highly regarded.
