We’re looking for a values-driven National Laboratories and Quality Manager to lead our laboratory and quality operations across New Zealand. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of materials testing and product development in a supportive, people-first environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Champion a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement across all lab and quarry sites.
  • Inspire and empower teams to deliver excellence in testing, innovation, and customer service.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure our products meet the highest standards.
  • Lead strategic planning, product development, and quality system implementation.
  • Represent Winstone Aggregates in industry groups and client engagements.

What You’ll Bring
  • Extensive experience in quarrying, civil engineering, or laboratory operations.
  • Proven leadership in a collaborative, high-performing environment.
  • Deep knowledge of ISO17025, LIMS, and materials testing standards.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A passion for mentoring, innovation, and making a positive impact.
