About Your New Role

As National Marketing Manager, based in Strathpine, Brisbane you will be responsible for leading the strategic direction of marketing and digital transformation at Iplex, ensuring alignment with our growth strategy. You will lead, coach and develop a high-performing team, setting clear goals and fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Your role includes overseeing all digital marketing activities—such as the website, customer portal, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, social media, and e-commerce development—to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and expansion into new markets. You will plan and execute product marketing campaigns, measure and report on their effectiveness, and ensure brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support product launches, generate leads, and achieve sales growth. This involves creating launch materials, developing targeted campaigns, and delivering sales enablement assets such as webinars and case studies. As a champion of customer experience you will work closely with our Customer Research & Training Manager to drive CX initiatives, using insights from NPS surveys and VOC programs to drive continuous improvement. Your commercial acumen will be essential in managing marketing budgets, achieving revenue and pipeline targets, and positively impacting customer feedback. This role is ideal for a leader who is curios to explore new digital platforms, experienced in B2B technical product marketing, and skilled at navigating complex business environments

Preferred Skills and Experience
  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing or Business.
  • B2B marketing experience in the technical product, manufacturing, or engineering sectors.
  • Proven track record in product marketing, from ideation to successful launch.
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams, including product and sales.
  • Exceptional communication and influencing abilities, with a knack for storytelling.
  • Digital marketing expertise, including CRM, social media, e-commerce, and SEO.
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience managing marketing budgets.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • Familiarity with Net Promoter Score and a history of driving positive customer feedback.
