We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on leader to transform Easysteel’s national operations. This is a critical opportunity to drive operational excellence and uplift the capability of our leadership team across production and distribution sites.

Key Reponsibilties:

  • Rapidly identifying and repairing operational inefficiencies
  • Leading and developing Easysteel’s operational leadership team
  • Driving safety, compliance, and system improvements across all sites
  • Implementing and managing warehouse, delivery, and H&S systems
  • Enhancing commercial performance through strong operational oversight
  • Championing a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement
Essential experience:
  • Proven leadership in complex production/distribution environments
  • Deep understanding of health and safety practices and compliance
  • Strong commercial acumen and decision-making capability
  • Experience implementing operational systems and processes
  • Exceptional communication and team leadership skills
Nice to have:
  • Exposure to continuous improvement frameworks (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma)
  • Project management and capital works experience
  • Strategic thinking and planning capability
  • Steel industry experience (handling and processing) – beneficial but not essential
